“Joanna Briley. Brooklyn born, Connecticut raised. Hilarity ensued. I have performed stand up comedy for over 20 years in the New York Tri-State area at various club venues. I had the distinct pleasure of performing at Caroline’s on Broadway, Gotham Comedy Club, Comedy Cellar, Standup NY, as well as The NY Comedy Club and Broadway Comedy Club. After a few years, I began to produce my own showcase and fell in love with the behind the scenes energy of a show. I trained with J. Beckson Studios in the Meisner Method of Acting, some SCTV Improv, Flying Solo 1&2 @ PIT Theatre, among other intensives.
